Powerful water repellency and stain prevention capable of repelling water even with mesh/translucent textiles
Powerful water repellency and stain prevention capable of repelling water even with mesh/translucent textiles Water-Repellent Processing imparts water and oil repellency by adhering a fluorine-based resin to fiber materials, making them hydrophobic. Applying Water-Repellent Processing will protect your fiber materials from rain, water-based stains (soy sauce, sauce, muddy water), and oil-based stains (cooking oil, machine oil, mayonnaise, foundation).
Water-Repellent Processing TechnologySilk Technology
Reacts to sweat and absorbs heat and moisture
Our powerful Water-Repellent Processing persists even with translucent textiles like ro and sha (gauze), making the water "float" due to its surface tension. Aside from liquids, it also repels stains, protecting your fabric from spills during meals and mud splashes.
The image shows a water-repellency experiment using a concentrated black dye that would normally stain and seep through the textile. Please take a look and see that the textile is translucent. Aside from repelling water, you can also see how it stays clean even after it was squeezed and drained from the liquid.
